7° North has an unbelievable range of delicious cocktails/mocktails on offer for our patrons. Here’s a recipe to one of our favourites, the South African!
Try your hand at making this at home or come on over to 7° North for our house made mocktail.

Ingredients:
Bunch of mint leaves
3 Lemon slices
3 Apple slices
Crushed ice
½ Fresh passion fruit with seed
Dash of Sunquick passion fruit cordial and nelli cordial
Elephant House Ginger Beer 

Directions :
Crush the mint bunch and apple and lemon slices together.
Add the crushed ice and the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Pour into glass, garnish and serve.
