It is advised and recommended to have diving insurance.
What can I see when diving at Ellaidhoo?
You can see a white variety of coral reef, turtles, octopus, lobster, Moray eels, sharks (white and black tip) and schools of colourful fishes. It is both wonderful and unforgettable experience.

What is the minimum age for diving?
Our recommended minimum age for diving is 8 years.
- 8- 10 years recommended maximum depth is 2 meters
- 10-12 years recommended maximum depth is 12 meters
- 12- 15 years recommended maximum depth is 18 meters
- 15+ years recommended maximum depth is 30 meters
How can I get the gear needed for diving and snorkeling?
You would be able to hire the needed gear and equipment from the Dive Centre. You are welcome to bring your own equipment as well.
What is the weather like?
The Maldives has a tropical monsoon climate. Two seasons dominate Maldives' weather: The monsoon which brings strong winds and storms which can affect diving and boat experiences to a certain extent. However, the weather is favorable all year round.
What is the best time to visit the Maldives
The most ideal time to visit the Maldives would be from November to April. The island nation is warm and sunny all year-round, but consists of a dry season and a wet, rainy season.
