Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Job Responsibilities:

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper will assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping department to ensure the highest standard, efficiency, and excellence in providing an exceptional guest experience. This role will maintain luxury upscale hotel cleanliness standards, supervise guest requests and feedback, and take service recovery measures if required. In addition, this role will conduct continual inspections to determine the hotel’s overall level of cleanliness to provide excellent service constantly. Furthermore, you will supervise the daily activities of all housekeeping staff and schedule employees in accordance with the forecasted occupancy. Moreover, you will supervise the housekeeping staff's productivity and meet brand standards.

Key Competencies Required:

Are you service-oriented, attentive to detail, and observant? Can you identify and resolve problems by developing alternative solutions? Do you have strong written and verbal communication, decision-making, and organizational skills? Do you have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role in a five-star hotel environment?
