It’s no wonder that we opted to name our main resort restaurant by this name – our big spreads of international cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner come with a semi-open feel and locally sourced food & spices. As it is our main restaurant, we go all out to create a succulent spread of food for you at each of our buffets. Live cooking stations, including a traditional Sri Lankan station manned by a cook from a neighbouring village. Serve yourself a plate-full and sit down by the pool as you enjoy your meal in an atmosphere created for the perfect dining experience. The recipes here are 100% authentic and inexplicably delicious. A separate salad bar is available here too, with a wide range of fresh veggies from the villages. The view of the pool, gardens and the lake as your backdrop and a traditional flutist as your accompaniment complete the experience.
