Job Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Minimum Quality Standard (MOS) training programs and monitoring the continuity of same to achieve and maintain the specified brand standards
  • Analyzing training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing modules/ programs
  • Using effective training methods to ensure employees have a good understanding of guest satisfaction and can demonstrate guest satisfaction skills
  • Identifying the training and development needs of associates to meet and support the business objectives
  • Organizing and coordinating inter-hotel and national level competitions

Chief Engineer

  • Lead the Engineering Team in the day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel.
  • Develops, establishes and maintain preventative maintenance programme.

Security Manager

  • Overall security operation of the hotel ensuring safety of guest, staff & hotel property
  • Ensuring that security personnel adhere to brand standards & standard operating procedures of the property
