Christmas 2

We went for Dinner (Buffet) on Christmas night at Courtyard at Cinnamon Grand, this is our 2nd consecutive year. The food was simply delicious and had a great variety in the spread. The staff were so courteous and very specially would like to mention Chamath who made the perfect eggnog & was very attentive to us throughout our dinner. We decided that every Christmas dinner going forward will be at Cinnamon Grand. It definitely has that very homey and warm feeling being there. Would recommend anyone to check out their restaurants and the daily buffets. Maybe give it a try for New Year's eve or 1st Jan.

Our stay here went beyond our expectations, we stayed in a wonderful Water Bungalow with stunning views. The calm sound of the ocean lulled us to sleep every night.

The staff were beyond amazing - fantastic and polite hospitality. Husam was a fantastic waiter, always watching over us and looking after us.

As mentioned in previous reviews, Chef Satyam created some incredible dishes along with Raaji and his team. We were so well looked after and felt very spoilt.

The Bar Staff were the best I have ever experience anywhere. I must give them all a shout out. Anas, Nashid, Chandana, Zaim, Nabah, Rahish, Shamen you were an absolute delight and catered so well for me and my family. I can't thank you all enough - I miss you guys!

Also wanted to say a huge thank you to Puja and Malvika, and the lovely Balinese Staff who were fantastic.

All in all, I can honestly say this was the best holiday of our lives, thanks to the wonderful staff, and heavenly surroundings.

Good food with a nice ambience! Friendly staff with an amazing service! Christmas dinner was exceptional with so many varieties and entertainment. Couldn't have spent Christmas eve at a better place! Highly recommend.
