- Book Direct Benefits are applicable for bookings with a starting rate of 118 USD.
- Free Laundry Services are limited to 4 pieces of laundry per room.
- 1 free 750ml bottle of local spirits will be served at a selected restaurant.
- Two signature 10” pizzas can be ordered at the Pool Bar and Bistro, at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo, between 3pm and 10pm.
- High Tea reservations should be made at least 3 hours in advance and can be enjoyed from 3pm - 6pm at the Tea Lounge or for in-room dining, at Cinnamon Grand Colombo.
- Food & Beverage Credits are only redeemable at ‘Coffee Stop’ at Cinnamon Grand Colombo or 'Goodies' at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo.
- Book Direct Benefits do not apply for Cinnamon Red Colombo.
- Chosen benefits are only applicable for in-house guests and cannot be transferred.
