General Terms & Conditions
- The benefit “Kid Stays Free” is only applicable for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, on shared accommodation, for 1 kid up to the age of 12. All extras which may include, but are not limited to, F&B and Excursions are chargeable.
- Benefits are on a per room basis and are valid only once throughout the duration of stay.
- Benefits are valid only for bookings made via https://www.cinnamonhotels.com
- Benefits are valid only for bookings made after June 21st, 2023.
- Benefits selected will be valid only once per room, per reservation.
- Only 2 more benefits can be selected for free. More benefits can be added on at an additional charge.
- When you are making your booking, mention the 2 benefits you would like (per room) in the "Special Request” section before you confirm your booking.
- The complimentary dinner will only be valid for guests who book directly on B&B basis.
- Upon arrival, the Front Office Team or Reservations Team will reconfirm your benefits of choice and give you more information on the selected benefits.
