  • Ineligible Rates Ineligible rates shall include, without limitation: (1) third party online retailer rates, such as Expedia.com, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Orbitz.com, Priceline, Travelocity.com, etc. (“OTAs”); (2) tours series rates and charter rates; (3) room rates for airline staff and crew where rooms are pre booked and paid for by the airline or directly; (4) travel industry staff rates; (5) any employee rates, employee family or employee friends discount rates; (6) other discounted rates; (7) any complimentary, free, traded or bartered night stays, or any stays in connection with gift certificates or other awards or vouchers.
  • Apart from the USD 200 resort credits, all other selected excursions or experiences (4 course dinner by the beach, 45 minute spa treatment, island hopping, dolphin watching) will be offered based on the number of adults booked during the stay.
  • Any additional requests or participants must be communicated to the Front Office and will be subject to an extra charge.
  • All excursions (island hopping, dolphin watching) are subject to weather conditions.
  • The USD 200 resort credit is offered once per stay during the overall stay period.
  • Book Direct benefits and Cinnamon Discovery benefits are offered once per stay, regardless of the number of room types or room changes within the same stay period. (A ‘stay’ is defined as consecutive nights spent at the same hotel by the same guest (or group of guests), under the same booking name, regardless of room category changes or separate bookings made for consecutive dates).
  • Multiple reservations made under the same name for consecutive dates will be considered a single stay for benefit eligibility.
  • The hotel reserves the right to merge consecutive bookings at check in and provide benefits accordingly.
  • The hotel reserves the right to withhold benefits if multiple bookings are found to have been made intentionally to receive duplicate benefits within a single stay period.
  • If a guest is relocated to another Cinnamon hotel/resort due to operational reasons (e.g., overbooking, room maintenance) or accepts an in house promotion to move to a sister property during their stay, the entire duration of their trip will still be treated as one stay.
  • Direct booking benefits and Cinnamon Discovery benefits will not be duplicated across properties; in such cases, the guest will be entitled to receive benefits only once during their stay period, regardless of the property change.
