How do I make payments for my booking?

Payments can be done remotely, once credit card details are provided.


Do you have non-smoking rooms?

We are pleased to confirm that all our rooms are non-smoking.


Do you have smoking rooms?

Unfortunately we do not offer smoking rooms at our resorts. However, smoking is permitted in the private balcony attached to your room.


What are your check-in and check-out timings?

Our check-in time is 2.30 pm and check-outs are done at 12 pm.


Can I have an early check-in or a late check-out?

We can arrange for an early check-in from 7 am onwards at an extra cost of - USD 50 per room. Late check-out can be scheduled upto 6 pm at an extra cost of USD 50 per room.

In case of a late check-out after 6 pm or early an check-in before 7 am, 100% of the total room rate will be charged.

* Both an early check-in and late check-out will be strictly subject to availability.

P.S.: In case of an early arrival, you can leave your bags with us until the check-in. Meanwhile, please feel free to enjoy the other facilities offered at the hotel.


Can you provide a baby cot?

Yes, we will be happy to provide one baby cot, at no extra cost for your room.


Do you provide driver’s accommodation?

We provide driver’s accommodation free of charge at the driver’s quarters (subject to availability on arrival). Meals are charged separately at staff-meal quarters.

We offer free WiFi to all our guests. The WiFi password can be collected from the front office of the hotel when checking-in.

We accept USD, Euros, Pound Sterling in currency and debit/ credit cards from Amex, Visa & Mastercard. We do not exchange currency at our property. However, this facility is available at the airport and furthermore, currency rates can be checked through the bank as it fluctuates on a daily basis.

We serve international spreads across our restaurants and we offer vegetarian options as well. However, if you have any specific requests, you may contact the front desk on arrival for assistance.
