Your booking confirmation will not be valid for your commute and we would advise you to refrain from travelling during this time given the islandwide curfew.
What happens to my existing booking for today?
We would be pleased to offer you a date change to a future date, or offer you free cancellation.
When can I make a booking again at your hotel?
Upon lifting of the curfew, our properties will be available for booking however please let us have your contact details so that we may get back to you should there be any changes/developments on our end.

Depending on your comfort, jeeps can be booked for individuals as well as in groups.

What is the best whale watching period?
Whale-watching can be enjoyed the best at Trincomalee from March to April, and at Mirissa from November to April.
Can we book adjacent rooms?
Kindly note that the location of rooms will be subject to availability on arrival. However, we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have free Wifi?
We offer free WiFi to all our guests. The WiFi password can be collected from the front office of the hotel when checking-in.
Do you provide driver’s accommodation?
We provide driver’s accommodation free of charge at the driver’s quarters (subject to availability on arrival). Meals are charged separately at staff-meal quarters.
Can you provide a baby cot?
Yes, we will be happy to provide one baby cot, at no extra cost for your room.
Can I have an early check-in or a late check-out?
We can arrange for an early check-in from 7 am onwards at an additional cost. Late check-out can be scheduled up to 6 pm at an additional cost. This cost would vary depending on the property selected.
In case of a late check-out after 6 pm or early an check-in before 7 am, 100% of the total room rate will be charged.
* Both an early check-in and late check-out will be strictly subject to availability.
P.S.: In case of an early arrival, you can leave your bags with us until the check-in. Meanwhile, please feel free to enjoy the other facilities offered at the hotel.

Unfortunately we do not offer smoking rooms at our resorts. However, smoking is permitted in the private balcony attached to your room.

We accept USD, Euros, Pound Sterling in currency and debit/ credit cards from Amex, Visa & Mastercard. We do not exchange currency at our property. However, this facility is available at the airport and furthermore, currency rates can be checked through the bank as it fluctuates on a daily basis.
