Laundry - Conditions of Service
CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
1. Laundry must be picked up within two weeks. hotel will not be responsible for the Laundry after the two week period.
2. The hotel cannot be held responsible for shrinkage, color fastness, loss of buttons and for water based stains after dry cleaning. Any claim concerning the finished articles must be reported with this list within 24 Hours.
3. All Laundry / Dry cleaning / Pressing is accepted by the hotel at the owner risk. While the utmost care will be exercised by the hotel. Our liability for either loss or damage shall be limited to the fair value of time it was received. After taking into consideration depreciation in value to age. Fashion and use, but will not exceed the amount of 05 times the item charged in question. If the hotel is liable in any damage, the hotel has the right to retain the damage item/s (for insurance claim)
4. The Hotel Management reserves the right to refuse Laundering of any item deemed liable for damage easily upon treatment.
5. Garments will only be returned on production of the bill. In case of loss, the National Identity Card of the customer concerned should be produced.
6. In case of discrepancy or undeclared defects, i.e damage or discoloration of the garment the laundry will execute the order after further clarification
7. All garments should be claimed within 15 days from the date of receipt.
8. Reimbursement will be made after 30 days from date of receipt of the claim of complaint.
9. Please be sure of the number of article prior to depositing and collection.
10. Spot removing is done at the customer’s risk.
11. Please check your pocket for valuable. The hotel will not be responsible.
12. Items will not be delivered outside of business hours.
13. The hotel will not be liable for blisters or a wrinkled effect on the jacket.
14. Garments will be inspected before cleaning, if they are stained or damage, we will contact you first for approval before processing.
15. Curtains are undertaken to clean at customer’s risk.
