GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: BIRTHDAY OFFER
 

  • The offer is available to both Cinnamon DISCOVERY members and non-members.
     
  • Bookings and stays must be completed on or before 31 December 2026.
     
  • The birthday guest must be included in the reservation and must stay at the hotel or resort.
     
  • The hotel or resort may request a valid passport, national identity card or other government-issued identification to confirm the guest’s birthday.
     
  • The offer is subject to room and rate availability at the time of booking.
     
  • The room discount cannot be combined with another room offer, promotional rate, corporate rate, group rate or special rate.
     
  • The offer is valid for individual leisure bookings only. It does not apply to group, corporate, crew, travel-agent or other special bookings.
     
  • All benefits must be used during the registered stay. Unused benefits cannot be transferred, refunded, exchanged for cash or used during a future stay.
     
  • Taxes, service charges, transfers, supplements and other additional charges are not included in the discount unless clearly stated at the time of booking.
     
  • The payment, cancellation, amendment and refund conditions shown during the booking process will apply.
     
  • All bookings and offer benefits are subject to confirmation by the selected hotel or resort.
     
  • Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts may change, extend, pause or end the offer without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
     

COLOMBO HOTELS
(includes: Cinnamon Red Colombo, Cinnamon Grand Colombo, Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo, Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams)

  • Guests will receive 15% off the available non-member room rate at the time of booking.
     
  • One complimentary birthday cake or cake slice will be placed in the room at check-in.
     
  • The cake or cake slice is limited to one per eligible reservation. Its size, flavour and presentation may vary by hotel and are subject to availability.
     
  • Guests will receive 10% off eligible food and beverage purchases at selected restaurants, bars, cafés and lounges during their stay.
     
  • The food and beverage discount may not apply to special promotions, festive events, banquets, minibar items or selected products and services.
     
  • Guests will receive 10% off eligible spa and wellness treatments during their stay.
     
  • The spa and wellness discount may not apply to retail products, promotional treatments, packages or selected services.
     
  • Spa and wellness treatments are subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended.

  • Guests will receive 10% off the available room rate at the time of booking.
     
  • One complimentary 250 g birthday cake will be provided per eligible reservation.
     
  • The cake’s flavour and presentation may vary by resort and are subject to availability.
     
  • Guests will receive one complimentary round of cocktails or mocktails during their stay.
     
  • The complimentary drinks are limited to the eligible guests included in the reservation and must be enjoyed at the outlet selected by the resort.
     
  • Drinks are subject to availability and the resort’s responsible service policies. Non-alcoholic options will be available.
