Wellness in Every Wave

At Cinnamon Bentota Beach, wellness is woven into the rhythm of the ocean and the spirit of Sri Lankan heritage. Whether you're seeking deep restoration at Kurundu – our luxury spa experience, or a revitalising workout at our fully equipped Fitness Centre, every space is designed to help you reconnect—mind, body, and soul.

The Ritual of Renewal

Treatment rooms and opening hours
The spa at Cinnamon Bentota Beach is KURUNDU Wellness — five treatment rooms, of which two are double rooms for couples, plus a dedicated Thai massage room. Open 10am to 8pm daily.

Products and approach
Treatments use the spa's own KURUNDU product line built on a five-elements concept (with Sothys for facials; Morgan Taylor and Gelish for nails). This is not an Ayurvedic spa — the menu is contemporary.

Guests under 18
Guests under 18 are treated only with a parent or guardian present.
