Can i use my confirmation as a pass?
Your booking confirmation will not be valid for your commute and we would advise you to refrain from travelling during this time given the islandwide curfew.
What happens to my existing booking for today?
We would be pleased to offer you a date change to a future date, or offer you free cancellation.
When can I make a booking again at your hotel?
Upon lifting of the curfew, our properties will be available for booking however please let us have your contact details so that we may get back to you should there be any changes/developments on our end.

With the island-wide vaccination drives and safety procedures, Sri Lanka has been able to effectively manage and curb the adverse effects of COVID-19.

I am concerned about the news on riots, food and petrol shortage. What is the status at your hotel regarding food etc.? What is the situation on transportation?
As a reputed hotel chain in the country, we ensure that our services are offered with no compromise. We reassure you that there are no shortages whatsoever, in any of our offerings.
Are there power cuts across Sri Lanka? Do you have power generators in the hotels?
Yes, the country has been experiencing some frequent power cuts - however, all the properties under our group operate with power generators, therefore there is no disruption of power at our hotels.
