Bi Luo Green Tea, Jiang Su /Per Person
Cultivated in the Dongting mountain region near Lake Tai in Jiangsu, China, Bi Luo is a famous green tea known for the snowy white hairs on its fresh leaves. Bi Luo Green Tea is prized for its delicacy, boasting a pale infusion and a mellow taste that is complemented by a soothing floral fragrance.
Redolent Natural Osmanthus Black Tea, Jiang Su /Per Person
Osmanthus flowers are mixed with black tea and pressed with a heavy weight to impart the flowers' natural oils into the tea. Our Osmanthus is a wonderfully fragrant and fruity tea that pays homage to this ancient art of imprinting. With a bright reddish orange infusion and a wonderful aroma, the taste of the tea flits between floral and fruity before softening to a pleasant aftertaste.
Jewel of Anxi Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea, Fu Jian /Per Person
Tie Guan Yin originated in the Anxi region of Fujian Province, China in the 18th century. The tea liquor is golden colour with hints of natural fragrance such as orchid. The tea is famous for its rich texture, velvety finish, long lasting aroma and sweet aftertaste. This is a star grade Oolong tea.
Shou Mei, Fu Jian / Per Person
White tea is a natural sun dried Chinese tea. Its name is derived from the fine silvery-white hairs on the unopened buds which give the plant a whitish appearance. The tea liquor is light and bright, with a soft and delicate flavour.
Jin Jun Mei, Fu Jian /Per Person
One of the most prestigious teas in China, Jin Jun Mei is a black tea grown in the Tong Mu Guan nature reserve in China's Wuyi Mountain region. A joy to the senses, the brew is fruity, floral, fragrant and inviting, with a sweet, long-lasting aftertaste on the palate.
Da Hong Pao, Fu Jian /Per Person
A 'rock tea' from the Wuyi mountain region in China. Legend says the name Red Robe was given because a scholar who was healed by drinking this tea, covered the tea bushes with his imperial robes in gratitude. The brew is amber coloured which is smooth and has a strong and fragrant aroma.
Long Jing, Zhe Jiang /Per Person
Grown around Hangzhou's West Lake and considered one of China's most famous green teas, Long Jing can trace its history back more than 1,200 years. The brew has a strong and distinctive aroma with a pale green infusion with pronounced green tea notes.
Lapsang Souchong- Fu Jian /Per Person
Sourced from the Wuyi mountain region of China, Lapsang Souchong is considered one of the original black teas that has a distinct aroma and flavour. The tea leaves are smoked which offers a hint of smokiness in the aftertaste.
Pu er, Yun Nan /Per Person
Originating thousands of years ago in China's Yunnan province, Pu er is gently aged to bring out its best flavour, strength and body. Our Pu er is traditionally refined, undergoing more than ten years of natural aging to create a rich, dark infusion with a bright, mellow taste that is strong yet smooth. With each brew, the connoisseur is taken on a journey of discovery.
